How we work together:z

  • Speech & Presentation Review: You share a draft speech, outline, or slide deck. We refine the structure, key messages, and language to ensure it thrives as a spoken piece, followed by a delivery rehearsal.
  • Video-Based Analysis & Feedback: You send a short recording (5–10 minutes) of a past speech, panel, or presentation. I review it against your specific audience and objectives, and we meet to implement actionable changes that bring your voice, body language, and message into harmony.
  • High-Stakes Preparation: Intensive preparation for an upcoming keynote, diplomatic briefing, board presentation, or media appearance, focusing heavily on presence, narrative clarity, and audience connection.
  • Outcomes: Clear, concrete insight into how to adjust your delivery so that your message, voice, and body language align perfectly with the outcomes you need.
  • Format: Online (or in person by agreement). Available as one‑off sessions or a short series (typically 3–6 sessions) customised around your timeline.

Immersive Speechwriting Workshops (2–2.5 Days)

These practice‑based, highly interactive workshops are designed for professionals who find themselves writing for the spoken word as part of their broader roles:

This is a comprehensive, end‑to‑end partnership that guides you through the entire lifecycle of a major address:

  • Purpose & Context: Pinpointing exactly what must change as a result of this speech, analysing who is in the room, and mapping out political or cultural sensitivities.
  • Narrative Design: Identifying angles, stories, and arguments that will successfully travel across divides while respecting organisational realities.
  • Drafting the Spoken Word: Crafting text written explicitly for your natural voice and your specific audience, refined iteratively through your feedback.
  • Embodied Delivery: Practical, video-assisted rehearsal sessions to align your spoken message with your physical presence, working on pacing, posture, and connection.
You can choose to engage me for the full arc or for specific stages only (for example, narrative design and delivery rehearsals for a text drafted by your team).

  • Format: Typically 4–8 weeks leading up to a key event. A combination of strategy calls, drafting rounds, and rehearsals held online and/or in person.
